Payments & Withdrawals

Tk11 com supports all popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following conditions apply to all transactions.

• All deposits can be made in BDT. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Payments from another person's account are not accepted.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours after verification.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• tk11 com does not charge any additional transaction fees; however, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Bonuses & Promotions

Tk11 com regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, so make sure to read them carefully.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (typically 20x–35x). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only. Any bonus that expires will be cancelled automatically.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used together unless specifically stated.

Gaming Rules

• In the event of a technical issue during a game, tk11 com will make an appropriate decision based on the circumstances.

• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• If a Sports Betting event is cancelled or modified, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Game session history is retained for up to 90 days and may be used in dispute resolution.

Account Termination & Suspension

Upon account termination, any pending bets and bonuses will be cancelled. However, genuine deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless evidence of fraudulent activity is found.

Limitation of Liability

Tk11 com is not responsible for the following.

• If a gaming session is interrupted due to an internet disconnection.
• For delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• For any damages caused by issues with your device or software.

Changes Policy
